Policies Pre-Payment A payment of the first night plus 9% occupancy tax is required to secure your reservation. We accept Visa and MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. For three or more room bookings, or an extended stay of more than 4 nights special conditions will apply: call for details Cancellations: We require at least 10 days notice to refund your pre-payment less an administration charge of $15.00 per room reserved. In case of cancellation of any part of the reservation within 10 days of the reserved arrival, then the full room charge is payable. We will endeavor to re-sell the cancelled nights, and will issue a gift certificate (indefinite validity) for those re-sold nights. Early departures are handled as cancellations, and the same policy applies. No cancellation is accepted for part of a holiday or summer week-end where a two night minimum stay applies.Group bookings of three or more rooms will be subject to a special contract with deposit and cancellation conditions. Please contact us with your needs. Check in Time: 4:00pm-6:00pm. Please let us know in advance if this does not work with your schedule. Early check-in may be possible, and later check-in should be no problem by arrangement. Check out Time: Our check-out time is before 11:00 am. We ask you to observe this to allow us adequate time to clean and service the room for the next guest. For early departures the full account balance should be settled the previous night or in advance by arrangement. Breakfast: We serve a full gourmet breakfast at 8:30am , or by arrangement the previous evening an early or later alternative can sometimes be provided from 7:30am through 9:30am depending on other guests and kitchen constraints. We can also leave a "to go" bag in the guest fridge for your departure before 7:30am. Coffee and tea are available from 7:30am . Smoking: Our Inn is a smoke free environment. There is a balcony available. Children: Over 12 years old are charged as adults, 6-12 year olds are welcomed in our Annadel Suite at extra charge. As an older property the Inn is not equipped or very suitable for younger children although we are always happy to discuss your needs. Very young children may be accommodated in a cot provided by the guest in one of our bedrooms, provided that the parents accept full responsibility for any disturbance to other guests. We reserve the absolute right to ask you to respect the peace of other guests and retain the right to ask you to leave if your children are making unreasonable disturbance to our other guests. Pets: On account of the nature of our inn we cannot accommodate any pets.
