Policies

The following prices represent lowest mid-week/low-season to highest week-end/high-season prices and are subject to change without notice. Always check Availability online or call us for the latest rates. Seasonal specials may be offered from time to time and must be requested quoting the offer and its offer code where applicable.

All prices are as quoted at the time of reservation and no retrospective changes will be made. 2 night (or more) minimums apply generally from Memorial Day through 10/31 and at other holiday times and at the discretion of the owners. If the availability calendar does not show single night availability then we do not in general offer single night reservation more than 7 days ahead of arrival. You are welcome to call us for short range availability on Wed or Thursday 2 days before the week-end.

*Rates and 11.5% non-inclusive taxes are subject to change without notice. A two night minimum applies for holidays and summer weekends. Enquire about special prices for longer stays. A major credit card is required to charge a pre-payment-see below. Please note our 10 clear day cancellation policy and 15$ per room handling charge in case of refund.

Pre-Payment

A payment of the first night plus tax is required to secure your reservation. We accept Visa and MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. For three or more room bookings, or an extended stay of more than 4 nights special conditions will apply: call for details

Cancellations

We require at least 10 clear days notice to refund your pre-payment less an administration charge of $15.00 per room reserved. This means that you need to call or email us on Monday to cancel a reservation for Friday of the following week. In case of cancellation of any part of the reservation within 10 days of the reserved arrival, then the full room charge is payable. We will endeavor to re-sell the cancelled nights, and will issue a gift certificate (indefinite validity) for those re-sold nights. Early departures are handled as cancellations, and the same policy applies. No cancellation is accepted for part of a holiday or summer week-end where a two night minimum stay applies. Group bookings of three or more rooms will be subject to a special contract with deposit and cancellation conditions. Please contact us with your needs.

Check in Time

We are always available at the Inn from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Please let us know in advance if this does not work with your schedule. Early check-in may be possible, and later check-in should be no problem by arrangement.

Check out Time

Our check-out time is before 11:00 am. We ask you to observe this to allow us adequate time to clean and service the room for the next guest. For early departures the full account balance should be settled the previous night or in advance by arrangement.

Breakfast

We serve a full gourmet breakfast at 8:30am , or by arrangement the previous evening an early or later alternative can sometimes be provided from 7:30am through 9:30am depending on other guests and kitchen constraints. We can also leave a “to go” bag in the guest fridge for your departure before 7:30am if you give us at least 24 hours notice. Coffee and tea are available from 7:30am . If you have particular dietary needs then please do inform us in advance so that we may plan our menuy to delight you and all our guests.

Smoking

Our Inn is a smoke free environment. There is a balcony available and we ask you to respect others who may not share your enjoyment, and use a suitable receptacle for the butts. There is a $250 charge for clean-up and room remediation if any smoke/smoking is evident in your room. Check-in is considered to be acceptance of this condition, and the owners’ judgement is final. At our discretion you may be asked to leave the inn, and still pay for all reserved nights of your stay, if you smoke or leave stubs inside which is contrary to this policy.

Children

Over 12 years old are charged as adults, 6-12 year olds are welcomed in our Annadel Suite at extra charge. As an older property the Inn is not equipped or very suitable for younger children although we are always happy to discuss your needs. Very young children may be accommodated in a cot provided by the guest in one of our bedrooms, provided that the parents accept full responsibility for any disturbance to other guests. We reserve the absolute right to ask you to respect the peace of other guests and retain the right to ask you to leave if your children are making unreasonable disturbance to our other guests.
