All prices are as quoted at the time of reservation and no retrospective changes will be made. 2 night (or more) minimums apply generally from Memorial Day through 10/31 and at other holiday times and at the discretion of the owners. If the availability calendar does not show single night availability then we do not in general offer single night reservations more than 7 days ahead of arrival. You are welcome to call us for short range availability on Wed or Thursday 2 days before the week-end.

A major credit card is required to hold any reservation-see below. Please note our 10 clear day cancellation policy and $15 per room handling charge in case of refund.
Any major credit card is required to hold your reservation. A charge equal to one night accomodation, inclusive of taxes, will be made to this card ten days before reservation arrival date. For four or more nights a pre-payment may be required at the time of reservation, and you should call for details or await our confirmation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for and pay for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made in the form of a gift certificate valid for a future stay with us. No cancellation is accepted for part of a holiday or summer week-end where a two night minimum stay applies. Group bookings of three or more rooms will be subject to a special contract with deposit and cancellation conditions. Please contact us with your needs.
Check in Time
We are always available at the Inn from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Please let us know in advance if this does not work with your schedule. Early check-in may be possible, and later check-in should be no problem by arrangement.
Check out Time
Our check-out time is before 11:00 am. We ask you to observe this to allow us adequate time to clean and service the room for the next guest. For early departures the full account balance should be settled the previous night or in advance by arrangement.
We serve a full gourmet breakfast at 8:30am , or by arrangement the previous evening an early or later alternative can sometimes be provided from 7:30am through 9:30am depending on other guests and kitchen constraints. We can also leave a “to go” bag in the guest fridge for your departure before 7:30am if you give us at least 24 hours notice. Coffee and tea are available from 7:30am . If you have particular dietary needs then please do inform us in advance so that we may plan our menuy to delight you and all our guests.
Our Inn is a smoke free environment. There is a balcony available and we ask you to respect others who may not share your enjoyment, and use a suitable receptacle for the butts. There is a $250 charge for clean-up and room remediation if any smoke/smoking is evident in your room. Check-in is considered to be acceptance of this condition, and the owners’ judgement is final. At our discretion you may be asked to leave the inn, and still pay for all reserved nights of your stay, if you smoke or leave stubs inside which is contrary to this policy.
Over 12 years old are charged as adults, 6-12 year olds are welcomed in our Annadel Suite at extra charge. As an older property the Inn is not equipped or very suitable for younger children although we are always happy to discuss your needs. Very young children may be accommodated in a cot provided by the guest in one of our bedrooms, provided that the parents accept full responsibility for any disturbance to other guests. We reserve the absolute right to ask you to respect the peace of other guests and retain the right to ask you to leave if your children are making unreasonable disturbance to our other guests.
There are a variety of possibilities available to bike around our local parks and to explore Sonoma County. As we work hard to maintain the ambience and cleanliness of our inn for all guests, bikes are NOT allowed to be serviced, cleaned or stored in guest rooms. If you are planning on bringing a bike during your stay, we offer a lockable storage area with a bike rack by prior arrangement.
Please let us know at time of booking and by latest arrival if you have brought a bike, so that we can ensure that bike storage is available for you. In addition, if you wish to ship your bike ahead of time, we can also arrange to accept delivery from FED-EX. If we are notified ahead of time, we will do our best to accommodate you.
On account of the nature of our inn we cannot accommodate any pets. Service animals are always welcome.
