A full and elegant gourmet breakfast is served each morning in the great room on our antique farm-house tables. Jackie, who trained as a chef back in England, just loves to develop and present new recipe ideas to delight your palate. The five course breakfasts include tea, coffee and juice of the day; followed by a fresh fruit appetizer, a hot-from-the-oven entree item, locally baked breads, and Jackie’s home-baked cake.
Special dietary requests can be accomodated if requested at the time of reservation. Otherwise we may have to disappoint you with a limited offering.
Fresh Coffee is available from 7:30am
Breakfast: Served at 8:30am (family-style service at our farmhouse table)
Typical entrees feature a signature cranberry-walnut strata, egg-plant with polenta, vegetable frittata, and our “feather-pillow” French toast, with or without meat accompaniments. On occasion, and by prior request, you may sample a true English Breakfast!!
