A full and elegant gourmet breakfast is served each morning in the great room on our antique farm-house tables. Jackie trained as a chef back in England and just loves to develop and present new recipe ideas to delight your palate. All breakfasts include tea, coffee and juice of the day; followed by a fresh fruit appetizer, hot from the oven entree item, and locally baked breads and Jackie's baked cakes.
Typical entrees feature a signature cranberry-walnut strata, egg-plant with polenta, vegetable frittata, and quiche, with or without meat accompaniments. On occasion by request you may be lucky enough to sample a true “English†breakfast!!
Special dietary needs are met given 24 hour notice, though we prefer to learn about these when you make your reservation.
